1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and f7max ("f7max," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at f7max.net and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimized versions.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or accessing any game, sports betting market, or other service offered through f7max.net, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the platform.

These Terms are effective as of the date last updated shown at the top of this document and supersede all previous versions. f7max reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 of this document.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use an f7max account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines as prescribed under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. f7max strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming platforms under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of f7max, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any game provider whose products appear on the f7max platform. Immediate family members of such individuals are also excluded.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or compulsory, that covers the f7max platform or platforms operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or proxy for any third party.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by f7max, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all f7max accounts:

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify f7max promptly of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting support.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one f7max account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, f7max reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any promotional balances associated with those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f7max account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. f7max will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify f7max support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

f7max is required under PAGCOR compliance obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit verification documents at the time of registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any time f7max deems it necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by f7max may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

f7max accepts deposits via the payment methods currently listed on the platform, which include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash deposit, Coins.ph, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your f7max wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the originating institution. f7max does not charge transaction fees on standard deposit methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending investigation and return to the originating source.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to the availability of that method for disbursement. f7max targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules. f7max reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required or during periods of high withdrawal volume.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Where a player has not yet completed identity verification, f7max may hold withdrawal requests pending until satisfactory documentation is received and reviewed. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively at the time of registration to avoid delays when withdrawals are requested.

4.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Only cash balance funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to standard KYC and account verification requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

f7max offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other incentive programs to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by f7max are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific qualification criteria for each promotion, as defined in the applicable promotion terms.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• f7max reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn prior to completion, f7max will use reasonable endeavors to notify affected players and will honor wagering already completed.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• f7max reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play with other players.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the f7max platform. Additional rules specific to individual sports, game types, or betting markets are published within the relevant game or sportsbook section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by f7max. f7max reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced, where the odds displayed were the result of a technical error, or where f7max has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed as part of a prohibited activity.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on f7max. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. f7max reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where it determines this is necessary for risk management or compliance purposes.

6.3 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous — whether due to a typographical error, a technical malfunction, or human error — f7max reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the relevant player wallets. f7max will use reasonable endeavors to identify and rectify palpable errors promptly.

6.4 Slot and Casino Games

All slot and casino games available on f7max use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real physical dealing conducted in a licensed studio environment. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are disclosed in the game information panel within the f7max platform. f7max does not control the RNG outcomes of games supplied by third-party game studios and is not liable for individual game outcome variances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the f7max platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person to register multiple accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using the f7max platform in connection with any money laundering activity, in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the f7max platform software, whether discovered accidentally or deliberately sought out. Any player who identifies a platform error must report it to f7max support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including through coordinated betting patterns, chip dumping in poker, or other collusive strategies.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider trading in connection with any sporting event or other event on which f7max offers betting markets.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward f7max support staff or other platform users.
• Using the f7max platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — commercial use, resale of services, or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the f7max platform — including but not limited to the f7max name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of f7max or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the f7max platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software from the f7max platform.

Any unauthorized use of f7max intellectual property may result in account suspension and may give rise to legal liability. Third-party game content available through the f7max platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio licensors and is subject to their applicable terms.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

f7max collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at f7max.net/privacy-policy. By using the f7max platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f7max is committed to protecting the personal data of its players in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal data collected by f7max is used solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform, processing transactions, conducting identity verification, complying with regulatory obligations, and communicating with players about their accounts and promotions.

f7max does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by f7max for platform operation purposes — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios — under data processing agreements that require those parties to maintain appropriate security standards.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, f7max's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the f7max platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their f7max account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f7max shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if f7max has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

f7max shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, or third-party service provider failures.

f7max does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability, for which f7max shall not be liable.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

f7max reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where f7max has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the f7max platform, other players, or f7max's compliance with its PAGCOR regulatory obligations.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or from a recognized responsible gaming authority with jurisdiction over the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, f7max reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to circumstances unrelated to a terms violation, the verified account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the standard withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their f7max account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. f7max operates under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines, and any regulatory matters relating to the operation of the platform are subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and oversight.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and f7max in connection with your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting f7max support via the live chat channel available in your account dashboard. f7max commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial submission, either party may submit the matter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

14. Amendments to These Terms

f7max reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the core features of the service in a significant way — f7max will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their f7max account at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately without advance notice.

The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the f7max platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
